We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. If our office is contracted with your insurance company, our co-payment will be due in full at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
We also participate with Care Credit, Dental Fee Plan and Health One should you need payment options. We will gladly provide contact information to you for these companies upon request.
If you are visiting our office for a consultation, we will ask that payment be made in full at the time of that appointment. However, for future treatment or surgery, we will gladly file a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company should you request it. In most cases, if we have received written response from your insurance company regarding the pre-treatment estimate, you will only be responsible for the estimated co-payment at the time of surgery. Any remaining balance will be your responsibility.
